In 2019, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, was adorned with the colors and spirit of Ethiopia as the Ethiopia Embassy Tanzania celebrated Ethiopia Independence Day, marking a historic moment in the nation’s journey towards sovereignty and self-determination. As the appointed Professional Conference Organizers (PCO) and Public Relations (PR) specialists, our dual role encompassed comprehensive event coordination and strategic communication to ensure the success and significance of this momentous occasion.
Our responsibilities included:
- Coordinate event venue
Decorating the event venue. - Coordinate key suppliers from designers, media houses, printers to entertainers.
- Issue invitations to the key stakeholders which included governmental and non-governmental
- Follow-up with media houses to make sure the event is well-covered
- Prepare media coverage report and submit it to the client
- Event Documentation through Photography and Videography
