In November 2022, legal luminaries from across the region converged in Arusha, Tanzania, for the prestigious 27th East Africa Law Society Annual Meeting & General Conference. This hallmark event, organized by the East Africa Law Society, served as a premier platform for legal professionals to convene, collaborate, and address key issues shaping the legal landscape in East Africa.
As the appointed Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), our comprehensive solutions catered to the unique needs of this esteemed gathering:
- Creating brand theme of the event
- Create a detailed event plan, checklist, and budget in consultation with the EALS
- Event venue layouting and sitting planning as per protocol
- Source service providers and act as a liaison of event service providers by ensuring quality of services including, venue, catering, printing materials, event facilitator and media coverage.
- Venue set-up and décor (in collaboration with the vendors)
- Manage all event logistics and hosting of the guests
- Managing Event Photography and Videography coverage
- Event report writing
