In June 2022, Arusha, Tanzania, came alive with the splendor of African wildlife as the Africa Wildlife Foundation (AWF) hosted the prestigious Benjamin Mkapa African Wildlife Photographers’ Awards. This esteemed event celebrated the beauty and diversity of Africa’s natural heritage while honoring the talented photographers dedicated to capturing its essence.

As the event organizers, our comprehensive solutions ensured the success of this captivating awards ceremony:

1. Creating brand theme of the event
2. Create a detailed event plan, checklist, and budget in consultation with the AWF
3. Coordinate and design the event’s brand identity (logo and it’s application) in consultation with the AWF.
4. Event venue layouting and sitting planning as per protocol
5. Source service providers and act as a liaison of event service providers by ensuring quality of services including, venue, catering, printing materials, event facilitator and media coverage.
6. Venue set-up and décor (in collaboration with the vendors)
7. Design and produce all communication materials (physical and e-flyers, program and registration platform).
8. Manage all event logistics and hosting of the guests coordinating event safety and security
9. Event permit and all legal procedures needed to be followed up
10. Managing Event Photography and Videography coverage
11. Event report writing
