In 2016 – 2017, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, served as the vibrant backdrop for the Promotion Program between Enterprise Mauritius and Tanzania, a collaborative initiative aimed at fostering trade and economic cooperation between the two nations. As the organizers of this pivotal program, our comprehensive solutions ensured its success and impact in promoting bilateral trade and investment.

Our role as event organizers encompassed:

1. Creating event concept note
   • Event guest management and hosting (airport transport and hotel booking)
2. Venue searching and selection
3. Identification and invitation of potential buyers from Tanzania
4. Plan and Manage B2B Matrix between Mauritius and Tanzania Companies
5. Event marketing and communication strategies for both pre-, during and post-event
6. Managing all event logistics
7. Event permit and all legal procedures needed to be followed up
8. Event report writing
