TANZANIA – UK BUSINESS FORUM 2021

In November 2022, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, played host to the highly anticipated Tanzania – UK Business Forum 2021, a premier platform for fostering trade and investment partnerships between Tanzania and the United Kingdom. Organized by the British High Commission Dar es Salaam, this strategic forum brought together government officials, business leaders, and stakeholders from both nations to explore opportunities for collaboration and economic growth.

As the appointed Professional Conference Organizers (PCO), our role encompassed:

1. Creating brand theme of the event
2. Create a detailed event plan, checklist, and budget in consultation with the BHC
3. Coordinate and design the event’s brand identity (logo and it’s application) in consultation with the BHC.
4. Event venue layouting and sitting planning as per protocol
5. Source service providers and act as a liaison of event service providers by ensuring quality of services including, venue, catering, printing materials, event facilitator and media coverage.
6. Venue set-up and décor (in collaboration with the vendors)
7. Design and produce all communication materials (physical and e-ev yers, program and registration platform).
8. Manage all event logistics and hosting of the guests
9. Coordinating event safety and security
10. Event permit and all legal procedures needed to be followed up 
11. Managing Event Photography and Videography coverage
12. Event report writing
